Concept of Time is almost universal in all cultures, but there are significant differences among different societies/cultures in the manner in which Time is measured/calculated, expressed and used in daily life. Select examples of the concept of Time and expression of ‘past’, ‘present’, and ‘future’ in different cultures and life courses are briefly described in this essay.
