The study examines the availability and utilization of information and communication technology resources for distance education at Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, Oyo, Nigeria. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 200 students from each of the five faculties in the college. Questionnaire was used as the main instrument for the gathering of data. The findings of the study revealed that mobile phones and internet were the most accessible devices to the distance education students. Also majority of students used ICT to enhance their academic performance. Power failure was identified as the main problem faced in the use of ICT resources. Suggests that there is a need for the college authority to create adequate awareness among students to embrace the use of ICT resources in their studies.
