Abstract

The Panjab University Library (PUL), named officially as "A. C. Joshi Library", is a prestigious university library in Northern India. In this study, an attempt has been made to analyse the PUL collection in the selected disciplines including Economics, Education, English Literature, Library and Information Science, Political Science and Public Administration. The focus of the study is on the total collection, print journals subscribed by the library, Bound Volumes and the status of online journals which are available through UGC-INFONET Digital Library Consortium. The study has been conducted with the help of WebOPAC of the PUL.
