Describes the use of a computer application programme to assist classificationists and classifiers in their respective tasks - designing and developing a scheme for subject classification and using the scheme to classify documents. The freely faceted model of classification which is the basis of the Colon Classification (CC) of Dr. S.R. Ranganathan has been adopted in this application.
