Knowledge Management (KM) is introduced to help an organization to create, share, and use knowledge effectively. Effective KM pays off in fewer mistakes, less redundancy, quicker problem solving, better decision making, reduced research and development costs, increased worker independence, enhanced customer relations, and improved service. Enables substitution of knowledge and information workers for manual production workers within the goods sectors; and new kinds of knowledge and information-intense organizations are emerging that are devoted entirely to the production, processing, and distribution of information. These factors lead to the development of a new perspective in organizations, that is KM. The working environment has an impact on the knowledge perception level of the people. Our analysis confirms that the working environment effects people and it has its impact on the knowledge perception level of the individual. When it comes to teaming up no organizations is strong or thinks of building team works and develops a KM approach. It is therefore necessary for these organizations to build a platform, to facilitate information and knowledge sharing, where top executives, managers expect that people should include KM concepts in their business plans/activities also found at an average level. In order to establish a sound process and expand on our KM systems. Looks at data and information and knowledge in different ways and gives due importance to skill, intelligence, and knowledge available in human capital.
