The paper is a bibliometric study of the participation of faculty and practising library and information science professionals in conference on Knowledge management in electronic environment. The study analyses the proceedings of the conference on the subject conducted at Alagappa University, in India with the objective of identifying the topics under Knowledge Management in which currently studies are going on in the region, the collaborations between authors, the contributions from different levels of faculty and professionals, gender wise contributions, and the institutions promoting research on different areas of the subject. The study revealed that gender wise contributions stands balanced and practising professionals also stood equal with faculty in research and publication.
