SISO designs and implements fully integrated, collaborative, platform-agnostic, web-based technology solution through its proprietary Project Management Information System software for construction sector. This paper reflects an overview of the implementation of web-based SISO PMIS in 7 packages of RVNL Rishikesh-Karnaprayag Rail Line Project, comprising of 231.00 km of total length of main & escape tunnels. It further describes the framework of SISO, backed by its training and site support to the stakeholders of the project. It also reflects how SISO’s offerings, i.e., SISO Team & SISO Tunnel played a crucial role in benefitting the project through its diverse features. While there were certain challenges that surfaced during the operation of a new technology at site, SISO still rose from them to deliver the best project management platform and services to its clients and users.
