A ten year old buffaloe was brought with history of swelling and epiphora from the left eye. Physical examination revealed presence of blood in the anterior chamber of the eye (Hyphema). The case was treated successfully with daily irrigation of the eye with normal saline and subconjunctival/topical corticosteroids and antibiotics.
