The Batch reactors are used in several industries manufacturing small amounts of high-valued products. This paper deals with the fabrication of transesterification batch reactors for the production of biodiesel samples at laboratory level. In this work the possibility to perform pretreatment and transesterification in a single setup involves a great efficiency increase in the new era of pretreated biodiesel production at batch reactor scale. The process becomes more efficient, cost effective and compact. It gives high purity and high yield of methyl ester. Hence with the operational performance of this experimental setup it was found that this batch reactor worked successfully and the quality control operation also maintained with low cost.
