Abstract

The experiment was designed to study the gross anatomical structure and biometrical observations of all lobes of lung in 12 male and 12 female Murrah buffaloes. Various macrometrical observation included weight, height, curvatures, width and thickness. The average length and height of left cardiac lobe was significantly higher in male than female buffalo.
