The present study was conducted to measure the level of job statistician of the faculty members of Faculty of Veterinary Sciences &Animal Husbandry. Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu and to explore the variation in the job satisfaction level. The job satisfaction was assessed using the scale developed by Brayfield and Rothe (1951). The overall job satisfaction of the faculty members is moderate. The young faculty members are more satisfied as compared to those with longer service period although the relationship is not linear.
