The study was carried out to determine the relationship between socio-personal variables and training needs of beekeepers and landless beekeepers in the Haryana. The findings of the study revealed that the Socio-economic status, innovativeness and risk bearing capacity were negatively and significantly correlated with training needs of beekeepers. While mass media exposure, age, land holding, and extension contact did not exhibit any significant association with the training needs of beekeepers. In case of landless beekeepers risk bearing capacity, socio-economic status, innovativeness, and mass media exposure had negative and highly significant correlation with training needs of beekeepers. While age and extension contacts did not exhibit any significant association with the training needs of landless beekeepers. However, family education had positive and non- significantly correlated.
