A study was conducted to analyze the performance of Regode Navachaitanya Jyothi Producers Company Limited, in Medak district of Telangana in extending broad-based extension services to vegetable growers. With ex-post facto research design, through case study approach, personal interview method was employed to collect information pertaining to the general profile of the company; organizational pattern; critical success factors; and challenges faced by the company, from office bearers of the company, whereas that of profile of the farmers; their perceived effectiveness of the company against social, economic and overall performance indicators, from producer members (41). Based on the conclusions of the study, recommendations were suggested for strengthening the services of the company and for replication of such model in related commodities under similar socio-economic situations.
