CCSHAU, Hisar faculty members were included to assess the constraints in implementation of e-learning. Data was collected with the help of Google Form, which was prepared especially to measure the constraints and a total of 80 faculty members were included in the present study. Data was analysed with the help of SPSS. Results concluded that accustomed to classroom teaching, e- learning is not effective, difficult to maintain each student attention, lack of two-way interaction, access to consistent internet connection, lack of technical person to troubleshoot, lack of proper interaction with students and difficult to assess student learning and improvement were major constraints.
