Abstract

Present study was conducted in the state of Rajasthan. The study was conducted to explore constraints faced by the extension personnel with the existing transfer of technology system of ICAR in Rajasthan. One KVK from each agro climatic zone was selected randomly for the purpose of study. DEE of five agricultural universities were also included in the study. The total sample of the study comprised of 67 extension personnel working in the extension system of ICAR. Frequency, percentage, MPS and ranking were used for analysis of data. Analysis of constraints faced by extension personnel illustrated that administrative constraints were the most severe constraints with MPS of 55.97 followed by financial constraints (MPS 52.79) and operational constraints (MPS 41.45).
