Horticulture is the most important branch of agriculture which deals with the production, utilization, and improvement of fruits, vegetables, ornamental plants, spices & condiments, medicinal and aromatics, plantation crops as well as gardening, protective cultivation and value addition. The current research work was conducted in Haryana state during 2021-22 with sample 120 respondents, farmers were randomly selected from Sirsa and Karnal districts. It was found that more than two-fifth of the respondents (46.67%) had medium level of adoption followed by 31.67 per cent and 21.67 per cent who had high and low level of adoption of horticultural practices under NHM respectively and highly significant association was found between age, education, land holding, horticulture land holding, annual income, mass media exposure, socio-economic status and level of adoption of horticultural practices in NHM.
