National Agriculture Market (e-NAM) is a pan-India electronic trading portal that connects the existing APMC physical mandis to create a unified national market for agricultural commodities. The research was conducted to ascertain how various e-NAM stakeholders perceived the e-NAM objectives. An ex-post facto research methodology design was used to conduct the current study. The Guntur mandi of Andhra Pradesh was specifically chosen for the study because it had the highest volume of trade and transaction value through e-NAM. The five diverse stakeholders viz., 30 Farmers, 30 Traders, 5 FPOs, 25 Commission agents, and 10 e-NAM officials were chosen to make a sample of 100 using a disproportionate stratified random sample approach, and data were collected using a pretested interview schedule. Most farmers informed that they had received money within one day after a trade, e-NAM was transparent and facilities were satisfactory, and had a neutral perception towards other stakeholders. Traders are paying money within 15 days after the trade but not within Trade+1 day, and they perceive e-NAM as not transparent and not satisfactory. The majority of the FPOs perceived overall e-NAM as satisfactory because small farmers as a group are getting more bargaining power to sell. So, we should promote more FPOs. According to Commission agents, farmers receive the money within 1 day after an e-commerce transaction, and commission agents are not satisfied with e-NAM. Most officials perceive that malpractices are going on in e-NAM although most officials were satisfied with e-NAM.
