The development of entrepreneurial potential among the agricultural students is the main objective of B.Sc. (Hon’s) Agriculture degree program. This research study was based on randomly selected sample from the agricultural graduates of Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh with the objective to identify and evaluate various entrepreneurial potential for business start-ups among them. The study was carried out during academic year 2021-2022 on 100 respondents with 13 sets of entrepreneurial potentials including Capacity to risk taking, Problem solving skills, Systematic planner and organizer, Idea generation / Creativity and Innovativeness, Leadership, High achievement Motivation, High optimistic and independence nature, Taking initiatives, futuristic and Foresight, Goal setting, Communication skills and Networking, Discipline, Team spirit and Seeking personal responsibility, Self Confidence, Personal drive and energy and Environmental suitability and their 5 sub characters of each set to identify and evaluate various entrepreneurial attributes. This paper makes an attempt to find out the entrepreneurial potentials for Business Start-ups among the agricultural graduates on various parameters. The findings of the study revealed that about 18 percent agricultural graduates were found positive with full agree-ness, while about 28 percent were having agree-ness up to some extent against sets of entrepreneurial parameters. It means agricultural graduates having attributes towards business Start-up especially in the sector of farming. The findings of the study are useful for organized specialized entrepreneurship development trainings and development of supportive mechanism for agri-start-ups.
