Psychological health involves a normal emotional, behavioural, and social maturity to a person. This means such a person is in a healthy state of mental well-being, one that they can use to function normally in society and during every day events. Therefore, the proposed study aimed to assess the physiological health status of young adults with respect to various independent variable i.e. age, gender, family structure etc. Under descriptive research, a total number of 240 students (120 male and 120 female) from College of G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology was drawn through simple random sampling techniques. To achieve research objective, a tool namely MHB-Mental Health Battery (Physiological Health, Daily Routine Activity, Emotional Status, Emotional Management and Intelligence) was developed.
