Abstract

This is the case study of self-made entrepreneur Ms. Anita Goyal, who was a simple homemaker before starting the enterprise in fruit and vegetable processing. This study has been taken up with an objective to explore the journey of a passionate woman who turned her passion for cooking into a successful enterprise. This paper highlights that how her culinary skills, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit helped her building a thriving enterprise. The case study also gives insights on the lessons learned in the training, production, processing, and marketing strategies of her products. The report concludes with the various challenges faced by her during all the entrepreneurial development phases and how she dealt with those problems efficiently. This case study will educate and motivate aspiring entrepreneurs in the fields of processing and value addition.
