The present paper highlights the constraints faced by the extension personnel with the existing transfer of technology system of State Department of Agriculture. The sample of extension personnel consisted of 207 respondents i.e. 11 Officials (Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors and Agriculture Officers) and 196 functionaries (Assistant Agriculture Officers and Agriculture Supervisors) of State Department of Agriculture. The findings reveal that among all the constraints administrative constraint was the most severe with MPS 51.73 and ranked I. The other constraints faced by the respondents were operational constraints with 50.11 MPS and rank II followed by general, infrastructural, technical and financial constraints with MPS 49.94, 44.23, 43.79 and 39.89 and rank III, IV, V, and VI, respectively.
