Job performance of the extension workers is first and most important criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of an extension service. Agricultural extension service workers must be competent and dedicated to work with farmers to bring out the positive and sustainable transformation in agriculture sector especially in Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh. The population for the study was comprised of total 114 respondents including the ATM, BTM of ATMA project and Technical Assistant (TA) of State department of agriculture working in the selected 3 districts of the region. The collected data were analyzed by using correlation coefficient and regression analysis through SPSS v28. The results showed majority of extension personnel (69.30%) were having medium level of job performance; followed by 15.79 per cent have high level and 14.91 per cent of extension personnel were having low level of job performance. Component wise level of job performance of extension personnel indicated that service related to knowledge updating and facilitator, knowledge building and communicator, help seeking, need assessment and technology development having more effectiveness as compare to other services.
