Abstract

The entrepreneurs are key persons of any country for promoting economic growth and technological change. Youth involvement is strongly realized for agricultural reform so that it can keep pace with changing global economy. The present study was conducted in Krishi Vigyan Kendras of Udaipur and Banswara districts of Rajasthan and the objectives to find out constraints faced by the tribal youth in establishment/running of the goat farming enterprise. Major constraints faced by the respondents in the different agrienterprises were no risk bearing capacity, insufficient financial support by financial institutions, shortage of initial capital, exploitation by middle man, lack of knowledge about the prevailing price and high fluctuation in demand of product.
