Agriculture is an ancient profession that has played a crucial role in human civilization and has provided sustenance for millions of people throughout history. However, it is important to recognize that agriculture can also be a hazardous occupation, particularly in regions where safety regulations and standards are lacking or not adequately enforced. This study was conducted in Raipur GP and village, Sriniketan block, Birbhum district of West Bengal, India with 150 respondents to find out the how farm mechanization is related to the decease of drudgeries of farm women. Total 14 variables were considered for the study in which 13 are Independent variables and 1 is Dependent variable. After performing all the research work we have found that age, educational qualification, physical drudgeries, and relationship with the relatives and neighbors, psychological drudgeries, are the most impactful and important variables as far as the occupational hazards and farm mechanization are concerned. It was clearly established during our study that after adopting the mechanized way of farming the monthly income, education to the children, health consciousness and communication skill have been improved, which are the significant indicators of holistic social and economic development. Henceforth, it is clearly proved that when the farm mechanization has been introduced as a new trend, the occupational hazards caused by farming has been reduced significantly along with a socio economic upliftment of the tribal women of the area under study.
