There are many extension organizations viz. public, private, cooperatives, Non Government Organizations (NGOs), working in this country. A lot of human and financial resources are being utilized in this process. In addition, there is much redundancy of work by these organizations. In order to reduce the redundancy, repetition of efforts and better utilization of scarce resources, convergence and better linkage is required in Public Private Partnership mode. A need for convergence of extension activities deployed by different ground level extension organization has felt by several institutions including NARS of India. The present study was conducted in Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh in India. Some pluralistic extension organization like - Tata Kisan Sansar (TKS), Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Line department and Co-operatives were purposively selected for study. Hundred farmers of the research locale was selected randomly along with five officials from each organization were selected purposively for collection of primary data. Data collection was done through personal interview and observation method. Secondary data was collected from sources of the respective organizations for lateral knowledge, cross checking and added information. Based on the findings two models in area of training and technology generation and delivery were suggested, which require validation and testing.
