Psychosocial factor associated with work and environment, factors associated with extra work environment and the characteristics of individuals were assessed. Data were collected by using the self developed standardized psychosocial scale which was validated and administered by interviewing participants in their workplaces between 4 month to analyze psychosocial factor exposures in the workplace. It was found that female workers were the most sufferers. Among factory workers mental and psychological well being was of equal importance to work ability. These psychosocial factors at work affects their working ability and work ability suggest that in this study population health promotion should address working conditions rather than individual life style factors. In conclusion both the male and females workers with manual jobs and immigrant women are the groups most exposed to psychosocial factor. In efforts to prevent these exposures, these inequalities should be taken into account and it is recommended that workers should be deeply involved in organizational programme of activities in order to create interest for their participation in the planning and implementation this will definitely foster job involvement and job satisfaction among the workers and enhance increased workers‘ productivity.
