Companies are striving hard to catch hold of the customers who wish to fulfil the dream of having their own Car. The budget and other complications are literally out of pocket and out of reach of the customers. The idea of certified used Car has really opened the door of fulfilling the hidden wish of those customers who desire to have Car. The study is focusing to ascertain the usage; factors influencing the purchase behaviour of customers towards the purchase; know and rank the variables preferred; and finally analysis of satisfaction level of the customers preferring Pre owned Car. In order to fulfill the objectives both primary data and secondary was consider. To collect the primary data a quick descriptive survey of 200 customers’ were randomly selected. Convenience sampling method was adopted to select the customers’. Secondary data is collected by browsing internet. The statistical tools used are simple statistical technique viz; percentage and cumulative frequency. Rank order method is used in order to give the overall ranks to various variables. Likert Five Point Scales was used to judge the satisfaction level of the customers. The survey of the sample selected by convenience method and rank thereafter, the customers gives first preference to conditions of the Car and finally to the accessories. Also, as far as the satisfaction level of the customers is concern, strong weightage is given to clear title of the documents and clean Carfax report.
