Whenever people interact in organizations, many factors come into play. Modern Organizational studies attempt to understand and model these factors. Like all Modernist social sciences, organizational studies seek to control, predict, and Explain. There is some controversy over the ethics of controlling workers ’behaviour, as well as the manner in which workers are treated. As such, organizational behaviour or OB has at times been accused of being the scientific tool of the powerful. Those accusations notwithstanding, OB plays a major role in organizational development, enhancing organizational performance, as well as Individual and group performance/satisfaction/commitment.
The organization study is the systematic learning process about an organization to understand the different roles of each member in the organization. In organization study, the different roles, namely, interpersonal roles, decisional roles and informational roles of various Members are evaluated and how it affects the functioning of the organization is analyzed. In this work, SAFETEX GROUP at AJMAN, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES was selected for the organization study.
