Rapid change in industrial invention needs corporations to build a culture that cultivates innovative work behavior among employees for sustainable growth in global competition. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of information sharing and organizational memory on worker'sinnovative work behavior considering the intermediary role of psychological empowerment. This study is co-relational in nature. By acquiring non-experimental design, the study is cross-sectional. The theoretical population of this study will be all registered software houses operating in Lahore city. Respondents in this study would be employees and senior staff of these software houses. Respondents will be selected on the basis of convenience sampling techniques. The self-administered questionnaires would be used for the data collection. This study will analyze the mediating mechanism of variables as these empirical findings will significantly help to the improved understanding of information sharing, psychological empowerment, organizational memory and employee's innovative work behavior.
