Abstract

According the implementation of GATS from January 2005 education comes under world trade in services (GATS.) Now, there is no geographical barrier for students due to the GATS. Education has become commodity and all rules and principles of trade and markets are applicable to education sector also. This research paper examines present scenario of Indian Education and flow of students entry to foreign universities and flow of foreign students in India.
