Abstract

Organizational effectiveness is considered as one of the pillers of organizational development. Employee empowerment is to be given paramount importance for which the mutual understanding, co-ordination and communication are developed through training.

‘Emotional intelligence’ is nothing but understanding the feeling of others and use these feelings for betterment of employees and organizations. Organization will grow only when employees will grow. The paper mainly covers the findings of the survey about the knowledge of emotional intelligence.
