Cultivating Quality Culture through Audio-visual Aid Based Training

There is an increase in use of ‘Technology’ in the field of Management Education. The use of computers in training and teaching is a common practice. There is an increasing response for the web education at the global level. The classroom based training and teaching is now facing new challenges in terms of use of Technology. To make management education more and more practical oriented, to keep pace with the changing business environment, one can think of use of effective audio visual technology. This paper narrates he experiment carried to measure the impact of electronic content created in form of audio/visual technology on the topic of ‘Quality Circle’.
