Company's growth measured in terms of turnover has been really significant in a very short span of time.
Company has not been concentrating only on one specific force of strategy such as cost reduction or product differentiation.
Notwithstanding, company's greater stress has been on "product differentiation focus" with very special R&D leading to "monopoly nature of certain chemical combinations and its direct use". This has been giving the company a competitive advantage.
Thus it is implied that the proportion of product differentiation focus to cost focus as disaggregated strategies may be identified more systematically for competitive advantage.
