QWL is a shared responsibility of management and workers and recently it represents significant dimension in industrial relations. Present research is a comparative study of prevailing QWL between, sample unionized and nonunionized organizations. The study brings afloat awareness about important criteria of QWL among employees. Unionized and Non unionized organizations found to be lagging behind in development of human capacity and constitutional provisions at workplace. The comparative study concludes that unionized organization has better QWL as compared to non-unionized organization.
