During globalization, Stock markets have emerged as the major channel for financial integration of emerging market economies. This paper is focused on the interlink ages of India's most prominent Stock exchange i.e. BSE Sensex with some of the leading emerging markets and developed markets, from various sociopolitical-economic backgrounds to capture the trends, similarities and patterns in the activities and movements of these Stock Markets. The time period for the study has chosen from the year 2004 to 2010 to test the correlation between the various exchanges to prove that the Indian markets have become more integrated with its global counterparts.
