The present paper deals with the concept of financial and wealth creation strategies of IT companies in India. IT sector is one of the most important sectors that have contributed significantly in creation of wealth and development of industrial economy of India. This sector has added to the wealth of investor by giving dividends in both in cash and kind. Similarly the value of net worth of investors have enhanced in multiple times. Hence it is necessary to understand how and in what manner IT companies have contributed in the process of wealth creation.
