Abstract

Reengineering is the radical redesign of a company's processes, organization, and culture to achieve quantum leaps in performance. Therefore re-engineering of new age HR practices for the emerging knowledge economy is on the agenda of Corporate. Management practices and workplace cultures that are good for women are also good for men and for the employer's financial results. Changing work culture to reduce the women's turnover rate to few percent would save sizable amount every year.
