Abstract

Science, Human Behavior, Culture, Economy and Society are our base to develop the latest and Innovative techniques in HR to improve the work culture, so that the employees are motivated to give in their best to the organization. Keeping them in view, the new trends are discovered and implemented to meet the tough competition everywhere & to survive with grace. The "new" talent management leader must be more strategic, more proactive, and more business-like, and that means getting your entire staff to begin thinking about and planning for the game-changing events, trends, and opportunities that will occur. Moonlighting in the organizations if made official may turn out to be a great retention policy. Moonlighting in HRM means ‘to take up another part-time job or business simultaneously with that of the original job’ leading to extra economical gains broadly. Moonlighting can be considered an alternative source of work-related outcomes for the individual. This is especially true for occupations which are known to have high rates of multiple jobholding, such as uniformed professions (police, firefighters), medical fields (nursing, physicians) and teachers and therefore warrants study by organization and occupation researchers.
