E-Governance in Judiciary - A Step Towards Strengthening Accountability

The focus of this paper is to understand the meaning of good governance, evolution of e governance in India and discuss about the e- governance in the judiciary. Further, this paper also discusses about the National Policy and Action Plan of Implementation of Information and Technology in Judiciary and trace the developments in the process of setting up of e- courts.
