The ingestion water is one of the most significant ingredients for most of the creatures on the planet. Both living & nonliving entities are depending directly and circuitously on this ingredient and it can be worldwide accepted affirmatively. Every day billion liters of water is consumed by alive organisms and liberated by various means. The said constituent ‘Ingestion Water’ is undoubtedly being affected by the neighboring elements such as polluted closings, envelops and facade. There are various factors responsible to impure this vital necessity of life which is accessible in the form of rivers, lakes, seas, oceans, under the ground and others. Pollution spread through disposal of agricultural waste mix, manufacturing processes waste, merging of chemicals, solid wastes, acids, radio-active materials and others causes impurities into the drinking water. Virus & bacteria produced in impure spread through ingestion water and create foundation of dangerous diseases. It has become prominent for the human beings to understand the importance of ingestion water, factors responsible which are polluting it and take corrective measures for its safe and drinkable usage. The present paper is a dedicated effort with certain limitations to demonstrate an image of pollution of precious resource i.e. ingestion water, its importance and precautionary measure through empirical swot. Statistical tools, charts, opinionated assessment and other techniques are employed to solve the believed functions
