Abstract

A business that considers expanding its activities beyond its country of origin faces a bewildering variety of forms of doing business. Each has its plus and minus points. Multinational corporations which are old hands in this area engage in a variety of these forms simultaneously. This is a fascinating area of study and the present article aims at taking an introductory peek into it.
