Abstract

Innovativeness is to create or to invent a new thought object. It is undertaken to regenerate the machine of thoughts for effective creation of products, services or an idea to meet the ever increasing and diversified demand of the people. ‘Deep rooted culture’ affects organizations and its idea of being innovative. In this paper an honest attempt is made to find to provide a better understanding of culture and its changing forms by innovativeness.Every discipline very is closely related to innovation as is essentially required in all aspects of corporate world. Innovative ideas are generated to undergo changes in thought process, so as to achieve great efficiency and effectiveness for maintaining comforts within the society. In sea changing era innovation could be considered as a lime light source. Organizations today are creating a brand name for themselves only by using innovative tools to satisfy ultimate consumers and their cultural guided desires and demands.
