Case method of teaching is an active learning method, which requires participation and involvement of the students. The entire approach of learning is different. The participants are supposed to learn from the given situations, constraints and problems. The trainer or teacher acts as a facilitator, helping the participants to analyze the situation. The film proved to be an effective medium. It could show expressions of people involved in the process of communication, their emotions, human errors and its effect s on the whole communication process.
