Abstract

Organization and Employee commitment are inseparable. Specifically organizational development is the key result of various factors affecting of an employee's holds towards his/her working environment and general life. It leads to increasing the employee performance and effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze the organizational commitment with reference to automobile industry in Coimbatore district. The primary data was collected from 321 respondents from different automobile industry units in Coimbatore district. The researcher has used various tests, such as Simple tables, Cross tables, Chi-square, T-test, F-test, Correlation, and ANOVA for or assessing the level of organizational commitment.
