Open and distance learning is commonly accepted and indispensable part of the traditional educational systems that more contributing to social and economic development in both developed and developing countries. The study is based on primary data collected from 75 (seventy-five) learners of 3 (three) renowned study centers, tries to analyze their attitudes towards the 5 (five) distinctive features like registration period, content of course materials, number of tutorial classes, examination procedures and media support of Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) Program. Findings of the study revealed that most of the learners hold a positive perception and attitude towards the registration period, content of course materials, and examination procedures of BBS program, but opposite result was found in the case of number of classes and media support. The study suggested that steps should be taken by the concerned authority to monitor the tutorial classes and to increase the copies of video lectures for the learners of BBS program.
