Abstract

Indian Market Scenario has changed totally from product orientation to customer orientation because of ever increasing competitions. Corporate skills learning, application and utility has gone through a sea change in the twenty-first century in the Multinational Corporations and Transnational Corporations. Different studies & reports have focused on corporate skills & its importance from time to time. This research paper discusses about the essential components of corporate skills, corporate skills training programmes and essential variables required for acquiring soft skills & hard skills.
