Corporate excellence through governance and employee engagement: A brief analysis

Corporate governance (C.G) and Employee engagement (E.E) are important to achieve corporate excellence. By following this concept the present study is aimed to analyze these phenomenons through empirical approach. The study concentrates on service industry by covering banking and insurance companies as target companies. The study also explores how CG and EE work for corporate excellence in today's competitive world. The study further analyzes what parameters work to increase employee engagement and how employee engagement work for corporate excellence. For this, the study further identifies various parameters ensuring corporate excellence and get respondents’ opinion on firm's excellence at various fronts. It also establishes the relationship among corporate governance, employee engagement and corporate excellence.
