The changing dynamics of the education system calls for more creative and innovative approaches to be adopted by educators in the teaching learning process.
Case study methodology is a normal method adopted mostly at the postgraduate level of l teaching and learning in commerce and management education, wherein students participate in discussions of the case which makes the process of learning more interactive and participative. However the same methodology can be effectively used at the undergraduate level as well. An added advantage to learners is the exposure to corporate culture depicted in the dramatized cases.
