Women Consumer Satisfaction of Sunsilk Shampoo

Abstract

The Present Study was undertaken to identify the relationship between Demographic Variables and Consumer Satisfaction of Sun silk Shampoo among Women in Pollachi Taluk. The study aimsto determine the significant attributes of consumer satisfaction on sun silk shampoo. The data was collected from a sample of 200 women consumers using sun silk shampoo residing in Pollachi Taluk. In order to analyze the data, simple percentage analysis and chi-square test has been used. The findings of the study demonstrated that, out of the seven demographic variables selected, type of family and family income of the women consumers are significantly associated with the level of satisfaction of women consumers using sun silk shampoo.
