The study was conducted in Fatehgarh Sahib district of Punjab to know the attitude of dairy farmers (Beneficiaries) towards Self Employment Programme. The study revealed that 81.44% of the beneficiaries were having favourable attitude, 15.71% of the beneficiaries were having neutral attitude and 2.85% respondents were having unfavorable attitude towards self-employment programme. Occupation and mechanization in dairy have positive and significant relationship with attitude of the dairy farmers.
